
Refunds will be made after completion of the conference.
Cancellations made within two months (60 days) of the event will not be eligible for a refund, as resources and facilities for the participant will have already been allocated.
Refunds are not provided in the following cases:
Force majeure events resulting in the postponement of a conference.
Payments for e-poster submissions.
Discounted registrations.
